This is a home-based cookie business in Amman, Jordan. It was founded by Sawsan, a civil engineer with passion for baking.
I found joy in baking in 2015, I started to read baking books, baking techniques and tips. Of course, I was inspired by Julia Child. Baking is indeed a science and I was fascinated by the chemistry it's all about.
After many experiments, many trials and many errors, I tried to perfect my cookie-dough(s) up until I decided to open this business from my home.
These stuffed cookies, crispy on the outside and gooey from the inside, are definitely worth every calorie!

Our cookies are baked daily using TOP ingredients. All of our customers just love our stuffed cookies, and keep coming back for more. Stuffing options are Nutella, Biscoff, Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, Pistachio and Even Vanilla Cream.
